Provision Mobile Auto | Service Terms & Conditions
1. The Diagnostic Deposit & Service Fee
The Fee: A non-refundable $100 Diagnostic Deposit is required to secure all appointments.
What it Covers: This fee covers the mobile service call, travel to your location, and the initial hour of professional diagnostic testing using dealer-level equipment.
The Labor Credit: 100% of this $100 deposit will be applied directly to the labor cost of the final repair if performed by Provision Mobile Auto. This credit expires 30 days after the initial diagnostic if the repair is not booked.
No Repair Choice: If the client chooses not to proceed with the recommended repair, the $100 fee is retained as payment for the diagnostic labor and technical report provided.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Notice Required: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the $100 deposit.
No-Shows: If our technician arrives at the scheduled location and the vehicle or keys are inaccessible, the deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to reschedule.
3. Workspace & Safety Requirements
Surface: For the safety of the technician and the vehicle, all work must be performed on a flat, paved, or concrete surface. We cannot perform major mechanical work on grass, dirt, or steep inclines.
Clearance: The vehicle must have at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides.
Weather: In the event of extreme Florida weather (heavy rain, lightning, or high winds), Provision Mobile Auto reserves the right to reschedule for safety reasons. Your deposit will remain fully protected in these instances.
4. Parts & Warranty
Client-Supplied Parts: To ensure the highest quality and safety, Provision Mobile Auto does not install customer-supplied parts. We only install professional-grade or OEM parts sourced through our verified suppliers to ensure compatibility and warranty coverage.
Labor Warranty: We stand behind our work with a 12-month / 12,000-mile labor warranty (whichever comes first). This warranty covers defects in workmanship.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, track/racing use, or secondary failures caused by unrelated vehicle components.
5. Authorization & Liability
Permission to Operate: By booking, you grant Provision Mobile Auto permission to operate the vehicle for the purposes of diagnostic testing, moving the vehicle for service, and post-repair test driving.
Hidden Damage: Provision Mobile Auto is not responsible for the failure of aged or brittle components (such as plastic cooling clips or wiring harnesses) that may break during standard disassembly of complex systems. We will always notify the client immediately if such a situation arises.
Storage/Location: Provision Mobile Auto is not liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle or articles left in the vehicle in the event of fire, theft, or incidents beyond our control while on the client’s premises.
6. Payment Terms
Balance Due: The remaining balance for all parts and labor is due immediately upon completion of the service.

Teardown Costs: If a diagnostic requires significant "teardown" (e.g., removing a manifold to see a leak), additional labor may be quoted and approved by the client before work continues.
